Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 8, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern access to the WhiteSphere website and platform. By creating an account, accessing a workspace, or using a secure document-request link, you agree to these terms and any order or service agreement applicable to your organization.

2. Accounts and authorized use

You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and access codes, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may use WhiteSphere only for lawful business purposes and within the permissions granted by your organization.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, upload malicious content, violate another person’s rights, circumvent security or usage limits, or use WhiteSphere for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

4. Customer content

Customers and users retain ownership of content they submit. You grant Getecz the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content solely to provide and protect WhiteSphere. You are responsible for having the authority and required notices or consents to submit content.

5. Service availability and changes

We work to keep WhiteSphere reliable and secure, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may maintain, improve, modify, or discontinue features. Material changes affecting a paid subscription will be handled in accordance with the applicable service agreement.

6. Fees, suspension, and termination

Subscription fees, billing periods, limits, and cancellation terms are set out in the applicable order or plan. Access may be limited or suspended for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, or a material breach. Upon termination, data handling follows the applicable agreement and our retention obligations.

7. Disclaimers and liability

WhiteSphere is a workflow and document-collection service and does not provide accounting, tax, audit, or legal advice. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties not expressly stated in an applicable agreement, and liability is limited as described in that agreement.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms can be submitted through our Contact Support page.
